This self-access online tutorial is an introductory resource on writing undergraduate level research proposals aimed at non-native speakers of English. It teaches students the basics of writing the major sections of a research proposal (Introduction, Literature Review, Methods, and Results) in line with global conventions pertinent to academic prose.
Special emphasis is placed on reviewing structural elements of an academic text, selecting and using appropriate language structures specific to the genre of research proposal writing, and formatting references following the APA style.
